01 — WHY SENADA

Good engineering is ultimately about better judgement.

Complex operations rarely fail because one calculation was missing. They fail at the interfaces—between people and technology, design and operation, risk and commercial pressure. Senada works across those interfaces to turn complexity into decisions that endure.

Where we
add value.

Focused senior expertise, brought in at the point where experience and independence matter most.

01

Process Safety & Major Hazards

Pragmatic assurance across the major-hazard lifecycle—from HAZID, HAZOP and LOPA through safety cases, ALARP demonstration and operational readiness.

02

Human Factors & Control Rooms

Human-centred design, critical task analysis, workload, alarm management and control-room optimisation that connect design intent with real operating conditions.

03

Owner's Engineering & Independent Assurance

Clear-eyed technical challenge, decision support and governance for owners navigating complex projects, brownfield constraints and delivery risk.

04

Incident Learning & Capability

Structured causal analysis, Tripod-based learning and practical capability building that strengthen systems rather than simply assign blame.

02 — HOW WE WORK

Independent thinking.
Useful outcomes.

We bring global project experience with the immediacy of a senior specialist who stays close to the problem, the people and the decision.

01

Start with the decision

Define what must be decided, by whom, and what evidence will make that decision robust.

02

Work across the interfaces

Join technical, human and organisational factors instead of treating them as separate workstreams.

03

Make risk visible

Translate specialist analysis into language leaders and delivery teams can act on.

04

Leave stronger capability

Build client ownership through collaboration, coaching and practical knowledge transfer.
